Are calls confidential?
All calls care completely private. People in crisis may be referred to the Georgia Crisis and Access line or emergency services, if deemed necessary.
What does it cost?
Peer support is completely free. However, charges may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

Penfield Christian Homes offers a successful recovery program to reclaim the lives of adult men and women suffering from addiction to drugs and alcohol. We also provide support and counseling for their families. The program at Penfield teaching Science Based Recovery as well as Relapse Prevention from a Christian perspective.
AA Meetings are held in Fitzgerald on Wednesday nights at 8pm at the old school building on East Orange St.

We serve as the primary drug unit for Irwin county and a supplement to the smaller drug unit Ben Hill has. Our organization provides free drug awareness and education presentations to the community.
You can also call the above number to anonymously report drug related activity. If calling during working hours, an employee can take the complaint. If after hours, the caller can press “1” to leave the complaint as a message. An investigator should get back to the individual within the next working day.
